Disabled Access in School

We are pleased to inform parents that our school has been designed to ensure excellent access for students with disabilities. Our facilities are all located on one level, making navigation straightforward for those who may require assistance. Furthermore, the school features wide doors, allowing easy passage for wheelchairs and other mobility aids. We also take pride in providing fully accessible disabled toilets, ensuring that all students can use the facilities comfortably and safely. Our commitment to inclusivity is paramount, and we continually strive to create an environment where every student can thrive.

There are two allocated disabled parking bays in the car park.

Induction Loop

The school is fitted with an induction loop for those who require this facility and visitor are asked to click their hearing aid to ‘T’.

Hygiene Facilities

The school has one accessible toilet on the first floor and two on the ground floor. There is a full hygiene room which is equipped to a high standard with a shower and full wet room facilities including full wheelchair access.

Emergency Procedures

If the alarms sound you are asked to make your way to the rescue areas and press the green button whereupon the office will ensure you will be safely escorted out of the building. Monitoring and Evaluation.
