Wraparound Care – The Lingfield Hideaway
At Lingfield Primary School, we are proud to deliver our own wraparound care package for our school community. The pupils have decided to call our wraparound care ‘The Lingfield Hideaway’.

The Hideaway, from October 2025, will be in the newly renovated Bungalow at the front of school.
On offer…
Breakfast Club sessions run from 7:45am until 8:40am where the children are then escorted to their classes by the staff. Children have the option of toast (with various toppings) or cereal with juice or water. During this time, staff will supervise children and set out a range of toys/games which children can imaginatively play with. They will also be encouraged to participate in some physical activity (eg. Just Dance, wake up shake up and yoga) before heading into school, as this helps them to feel energised and ready to learn.
Breakfast Club prices are £4.00 per session per pupil.
After School Club programme is held between 3:15pm and 5:45pm during term time. Staff run activities each day which children can choose to take part in, as well as supervising homework/reading, provide a light snack at the beginning of the session (such as a sandwich and fruit with juice or water), and setting out a range of toys/games which children can imaginatively play with. Where appropriate, particularly during warmer months and lighter evenings, the children will also have the opportunity to play in the outdoor area, using facilities such as the play equipment which will supervised by the staff also.
After School Club prices are £9.00 per session per pupil.

Bookings and payments need to be made in advance through the school gateway app. See attached link to access a pamphlet with instructions of how to make a booking. Please contact the school office if you need help.
All parents/carers will need to complete a parental agreement form before access the wraparound care service.
